Three-time Olympic skeet gold medalist Vincent Hancock is among the many U.S. shooters that will compete at the 2023 ISSF Shotgun World Cup in Doha, Qatar, from March 4-13.

USA Shooting shotgun athletes face their next big test at the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) World Cup in Doha, Qatar, which begins March 4 and will run through March 13.

The Trap and Skeet athletes competing for Team USA at the 2023 ISSF Shotgun World Cup in Doha, Qatar, are listed below.

Women’s Trap

  • Rachel Tozier: 2022 Shotgun National Champion, Women’s Trap
  • Alicia Gough: 2019 ISSF Changwon World Cup competitor
  • Ryan Phillips: 2021 ISSF World Championships silver medal, Junior Women’s Trap

Men’s Trap

  • Derrick Mein: 2022 ISSF World Championships gold medal, 2024 Olympic quota earner in Men’s Trap
  • William Hinton: 2022 Championships of the Americas gold medal, Men’s Trap Team, 2024 Olympic quota earner in Men’s Trap
  • Glenn Eller: Five-time Olympian, 2008 Olympic gold medal, Men’s Double Trap

Men’s Skeet

  • Vincent Hancock: 2022 ISSF World Championships silver medal, Men’s Skeet

The U.S. National Shotgun Team recently wrapped up its spring selection match in Tucson, Arizona. At the match, the 2023 National Trap and Skeet teams were named, and the competition also served as the first half the 2023 Pan American Games selection process. Part two of that process will take place during the 2023 USA Shooting Shotgun National Championships, to be held May 17-28 at the Hillsdale College’s Halter Shooting Sports Center in Hillsdale, Michigan.
